E.J. Dionne

E.J. Dionne, Jr. is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, a syndicated columnist for the Washington Post, an award-winning journalist and a professor at Georgetown University. He joined the Washington Post in 1990 as a national politics reporter and began writing his column in 1993. A regular guest on NPR, MSNBC and "Meet the Press," Dionne is the author of several books, including "Stand Up Fight Back: Republican Toughs, Democratic Wimps and the Politics of Revenge" (2004), "Souled Out: Reclaiming Faith and Politics After the Religious Right" (2008) and "Our Divided Political Heart: The Battle for the American Idea in an Age of Discontent" (2012).
