Bill Kristol is a neoconservative political analyst and commentator. He is the co-founder and editor of the political magazine The Weekly Standard, a regular commentator on Fox News Sunday and the Fox News Channel and a regular contributor to the Op-Ed page of The New York Times. Before starting The Weekly Standard, Kristol led the Project for the Republican Future, a strategy and advocacy group that helped shape the strategy that produced the 1994 Republican congressional victory. Prior to that, Kristol served as chief of staff to Vice President Dan Quayle during the Bush administration and to Secretary of Education William Bennett under President Reagan. Before moving to Washington in 1985, Kristol taught politics at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
